It begins by understanding your ideas, preferences, budget, and travel goals. This includes discussing desired destinations, travel dates, accommodation preferences, and any special requests like excursions or dining preferences.
2. Research and Proposal
Once you take care of the proposal fee- we’ll gather the basics and go to work researching the best destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities. We’ll present a tailored travel proposal, including various itinerary options, pricing, and additional details for the client to review.
3. Itinerary Confirmed
When it’s perfect for you, we’ll move forward with securing all reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities and providing you detailed booking information. We’ll apply your proposal fee towards your trip! We’ll also discuss with you any special needs you may have to create lasting memories of your trip.
4. Travel Support
Then you’re off on the journey! and we’ll be right there with you for anything that comes up during your travels where you need us or our in-destination partners for assistance. We can’t wait to connect with you when you return home to hear all about it!
