Why should I use a travel advisor?
The Edge Travel is a service offered to take all of the headache out of planning a trip by handling virtually all aspects of your travel. We give you access to our wealth of knowledge and partnerships around the world to provide the best prices, most unique excursions, upgrades, discounts, and expert advice. Learn more here.
Do I pay extra to use a travel agency?
We require a $30 deposit to provide the first itinerary. Once booked, we’ll apply the deposit towards your final payment making our service completely free to you. We work with a variety of suppliers and have access to exclusive deals that we pass along to you, our clients. When we book with our suppliers, they thank us by paying us a commission. In most cases, we save you money because these travel suppliers are providing us wholesale pricing.
Can you work within a certain budget?
Yes, we work within any and all realistic budgets. An honest sharing of ideas and goals helps us immensely when making recommendations and suggested edits to travel plans.
Do you offer payment plans?
If your vacation is 60 days out, The Edge Travel does offer a payment plan. After a low deposit is paid towards your trip package, you will have 30-45 days prior to your trip to pay your balance. Payments can be made monthly or at your leisure. Specifics on deposit amount and payment schedule will be provided with your quote.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Absolutely! Unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time, even if you think it will never happen to you, so it’s best to protect your investment.
Are you available to me on my vacation if something goes wrong?
We’re here for you every step of the way! We will be available to answer any questions or address any concerns that might come up during your travel. We are committed to providing the best possible service and helping our clients create memorable vacations they will always remember.
